The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA will be rendering providers which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it is alarmed with regards to the large range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The assistance stage made for intervention activities a superior influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for your office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to permit the servicing of all shoppers and increase access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
